     Looking for a place to hold a corporate meeting or event? Consider renting the BYM Children's Theater. The theater seats 180 on comfortable padded chairs, and the museum staff will arrange table seating for classroom style lecturing. The theater is equipped with a sound system, hand held or lapel microphones and a state of the art projection system capable of displaying images and sound from IBM laptop, DVD or video. Local businesses may want to consider purchasing a BYM Corporate Membership. Business memberships come with a variety of theater and museum rental options.

Theater Rental

  • Rental of theater will include BYM employee to operate stage lighting and sound equipment
  • 4 Hour Rental - $200
  • Additional time - $50 per hour or portion of an hour.
  • Rental time- 8:00am to 10:00pm
  • Theater rental with food and beverage - $200 cleaning deposit

Museum and Theater Package

  • 4 Hour Rental - $200 plus $1.50 per person
  • Multi-purpose Room
  • $50 flat rate if used in conjunction with theater
  • $75 room only for 2 hours. $25 per hour or portion of an hour.

Deposits

  • 50% of total rental costs + deposit
